The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high fat diet where the body transitions into a metabolic state called ‘ketosis’.  During this state, the body uses fats as the primary fuel for energy instead of carbohydrates.  This diet has been shown to be effective in addressing blood sugar imbalances and improving weight-loss.


This meal plan is for you if:

  • you want a healthy way to loose weight
  • you have symptoms of hypoglycaemia or insulin resistance

*Note: The ketogenic diets is not for everyone.  Females in particular have a difficult time sustaining this  way of eating for a long period of time.  Also, people with Lyme and severe parasite infections, as well as HPA axis (adrenal) issues should be cautioned on lowering their carb intake too low.
